Do you ever stop to consider that perhaps the entire world has gone crazy? Stories like this are enough to make you do so. Apparently a 15-year-old boy in Marble Falls, Texas was shot in the head potentially over the game God of War.
The details state that the 15-year-old shot and another boy were over visiting the shooter, a 13-year-old. The two visitors were playing God of War when the 13-year-old left the room, retrieved some bullets and then returned and without saying a word shot the 15-year-old in the head. It is unclear exactly how the shooting tied to God of War (a game in which there really aren’t guns). The link is credited to a parent.
Is there any validity to the link? If the two visitors were both two years older, perhaps they did bully the younger boy and not allow him gaming time. That could create some frustration in an immature mind. Still, until a more concrete link is shown, it appears this may simply be a case of a kid showing off dad’s gun to his friends and accidentally firing. It’s a tragedy either way.

I’m from the town the incident happened in, and I want to clarify some things.
First of all, the two boys that were visiting the 13-year-old alleged shooter, were 12 years old and 15 years old. I believe they all lived near each other.
Supposedly, the 13-year-old shot the 15-year-old because he was beating him at the game. I realize it’s a single-person game, but maybe he had a higher score. I don’t know. No matter which way you look at it- the kid has issues.
