Microsoft hits reset button for some Gamerscores

Cheating is a splendid thing.  It allows you to get ahead without any of the effort of those you hope to emulate.  No wonder so many people do it.  , however, is not a fan.

That’s why as of Tuesday, Microsoft struck back (yes, the evil empire struck back).  Those who had been artificially inflating their Gamerscore and Achievement totals found a nasty little surprise.  reset them.  That’s right, all the way to zero.

Not only that, but banned them from earning the same points again.  The best part was that they painted a big scarlet C on their profiles, so everyone could know that they are cheats.  Say what you will about , but sometimes they get it right, and this is one of those times.
