Another year and another title for one of Nintendo’s portable devices.  There was a time, not too long ago, when releases were several years apart.  Ever since the series shifted its main focus to Nintendo’s portables, however, the series seems to churn out at least one game a year.  This can be both good and bad.

This debut for ; Order of Ecclesia looks fantastic.  The graphics are incredible for the DS and it will probably be a blast to play, like most titles.  However, on the other hand, this series is getting a little tired.  When Symphony of the Night debuted on the PS1 it was a breath of fresh air the series needed.  When Circle of the Moon debuted on the GBA, it was more of the same of Symphony, which fans were demanding.  Now, several titles later, the series is starting to feel a little stale.  Fun?  Sure, but something can be both fun and stale (see New Super Mario Bros.).  So, how would you spice up the series?
