Longtime readers may have noticed that this site has went cold as of late. The reason for that is the migration of several of our blogs into one new site–Victim of Culture. This site will remain open as an archive, for now. But all the old content, plus new content, can be found at Victim Of Culture, our new site.
Can 1UP be a verb? Well, it can in the case of our very own Dennis Murray. You may notice that Dennis has returned to writing for the site after a short absence. We would dock his decidedly low pay for bailing on us, if he didn’t have such a good reason. Dennis is a new daddy.
The young lass is named Aidia McKenzie Murray (Adia, like the Sarah McLachlan song?) and was born March 11, 2008. Obviously, he has had more important things to worry about as of late. She weighed in at 6lbs, 130z. Congratulations Dennis, and thank you for not giving nerds the world over a bad name by giving you kid, well, a bad name like Princess Peach or Master Chief.
